Vegetarian stuffed mushroom recipe
Making stuffed mushrooms just got easy! Simply use Nonnie’s OG Garlic Salt to season, along with parsley, parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs to round out the flavor. Chopped mushroom stems make a tasty base for the stuffing. You can chop the mushroom stems, onion and parsley by hand or pulse gently using a food processor. You want a textured stuffing so don’t over-process the ingredients.

Prep mushrooms
- Rinse (do not soak) and dry mushrooms.
- Gently separate stems and caps.
- Finely chop mushroom stems.
Make mushroom stuffing
- In pan, lightly heat olive oil and butter.
- Sauté onion, stems, and garlic salt (~3 min).
- In bowl, lightly mix all ingredients.
Stuff and cook mushrooms
- Fill mushroom caps with stuffing.
- Place on baking sheet; drizzle with oil.
- Bake at 350° until cooked (about 30 mins).
