Easy Roasted Turkey Recipe
It’s easy to good a great turkey at home. Use Mamina’s Garlic Herb Salt with parsley to make a great brine for turkey. This turkey recipe is quick and easy.

Italian Roasted Turkey Recipe

Season your turkey (or chicken) with fresh lemon and Mamina's Fresh Herb Garlic Salt for a light and flavorful juicy bird. Brine overnight to allow the flavor to penetrate.

Preparing the Bird (day before)
- Prep turkey (remove giblets, rinse, dry).
- Mix butter, garlic salt, lemon juice.
- Brush butter mix over entire turkey.
- Place lemon and herbs inside turkey.
- Cover turkey with foil.
Brine Turkey Overnight
- Refrigerate turkey overnight.
Cook the Bird
- Remove foil. Roast at 350 degrees until done.
- Temp and time depend on bird's size and oven.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure doneness.
- Half-way through cooking, cover with clean foil and continue to cook.
