Return & Refund Policy – SALTY MAMINA, LLC

At SALTY MAMINA, LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality garlic salt and seasonings. Because our products are food items, we have specific policies in place to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final once shipped.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to provide a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is compromised in any way (e.g., packaging seal broken upon arrival)

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, please email us at carla@saltymamina.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)

4. Refund Processing

Once your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

5. Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged product).
