Enjoy this awesome and "ridiculously easy" low calorie and tasty chicken dinner recipe made with Mamina's Garlic Herb Salt and olive oil cooking spray.

Preparing the chicken
- Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Spray cooking spray on parchment.
- Pinch 1/2 tsp garlic salt on parchment and place chicken on top.
- Pinch 1/2 tsp garlic salt on top of chicken. Spray chicken at with cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until done.
Seasoning the rice
- Season your rice with a pinch of Mamina's Garlic Herb Salt and a pat of butter (optional).
Steaming the broccoli
- Add broccoli spears to 1/2 cup boiling water.
- Lower heat and cook until done (about 5 mins).
- Drain water and pinch Mamina's Garlic Herb Salt to taste.

To make this recipe even easier, we use Perdue's individually-wrapped chicken breasts. These single-serve chicken breasts are easy to use and generally smaller in size. Adjust seasoning according to size of chicken breast.
