Fresh herb baked potato wedges
Easy baked potato wedges are a twist on traditional baked potatoes. Savory and delicious—seasoned simply with a pinch or two of Mamina’s Fresh Herb Garlic Salt, a pat of butter and some fresh black pepper.

- Heat oven to 350.
- Slice into wedges.
- Brush skin and potato with butter.
- Sprinkle with 1 tsp Mamina's Garlic Salt.
- Bake on buttered foil for an hour.
