Crispy and flavorful, these garlic, salt, and pepper potato chips are the perfect sandwich sidekick and easy to make.

Cook the chips
- Mix 1/2 c olive oil; 1 tbsp Nonnie's OG garlic salt, and potatoes in a bowl.
- Heat 1/2 c oil in skillet, cook potatoes in single layer.
- Drain on paper towel. Sprinkle rest of Nonnie's OG on hot chips.
Baked chips?
Place oiled potato chips on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake at 400°. for about 20 mins or until crispy.
