Cook the chips
  1. Mix 1/2 c olive oil; 1 tbsp Nonnie's OG garlic salt, and potatoes in a bowl.
  2. Heat 1/2 c oil in skillet, cook potatoes in single layer.
  3. Drain on paper towel. Sprinkle rest of Nonnie's OG on hot chips.

Baked chips?

Place oiled potato chips on a parchment-lined cookie sheet and bake at 400°. for about 20 mins or until crispy.
